Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card and must be received in full 3 working days prior to the course start date. A one-week tuition deposit must be paid immediately upon booking by credit card or by bank transfer. No new bookings will be received after Wednesday for programmes starting the following Monday. A booking confirmation will only be sent when the full payment has been received. Bank details are provided on the invoice. Payment must include all bank transfer charges (including intermediary bank charges).

Please note that Company is not obligated to entertain or approve refund requests under certain circumstances, including purchases made under a free trial exceeding 7 days, or those that contravene our Refund Policy. Each user is entitled to one refund only, subject to applicable laws. Upon confirmation of a subscription refund, access to your Company membership will be revoked.

Refunds will not be issued to users found engaging in fraudulent activities or violating our Terms and Community Guidelines, as determined at our sole discretion. This includes users who have been deactivated for such reasons. If your subscription was obtained through a third-party service, please refer to their refund policy.

You agree that We may in Our sole discretion and at any time terminate any password and account or any part thereof of Yours without limitation if We reasonably believe that You have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of these Terms
